All eSIM products are digital, non-returnable, and non-tangible goods. Once an eSIM profile has been delivered or activated, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions outlined below.

- Network coverage and service quality depend on third-party telecom providers and may vary by location.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2 business days.
